Selection and Usage Recommendations
To ensure the safety and efficiency of lifting operations, please observe the following precautions when using RUD lifting rings:
Reasonable selection: The selection of lifting rings should not be based solely on the equipment’s total weight; it must also take into account the location of the lifting points, the angle of load application, and the installation structure. The rated working load shall meet the requirement WLL ≥ Lifting Weight × Safety Factor.
Correct installation: The lifting ring shall be installed vertically on the workpiece’s flat surface, with a smooth and tightly fitted mating surface. After installation, verify that the lifting ring rotates freely and can automatically adjust in accordance with the direction of tension.
Standardized Operation: When connecting to the lifting device, ensure smooth rotation and avoid contact with sharp-edged objects. Operation must be performed by qualified personnel, and refer to the product’s instruction manual.
Regular inspections: Safety inspections should be conducted regularly by qualified personnel to ensure that the lifting rings are in good condition. If wear marks reach the scrap criteria or if there are any abnormal changes in the coating, the equipment must be taken out of service immediately.
