NOB Eye Bolts — Experts in Industrial Heavy-Duty Lifting and Safe Connections

NOB eye nuts are high‑strength industrial lifting fasteners specially designed for heavy‑duty equipment hoisting, equipment securing, mold handling, and construction‑machinery connections. They integrate threaded fastening, omnidirectional rotation, heavy‑load capacity, and fracture‑prevention safety features, making them widely used in mechanical manufacturing, wind power, shipbuilding, port operations, mold production, metallurgy, infrastructure projects, and other sectors. They provide stable, reliable, and efficient lifting and connection solutions for complex operating conditions.

II. Core Advantages

1. Ultra-strong material, ultimate strength

It is integrally forged from 42CrMo high-strength alloy steel and undergoes precision heat treatment, achieving a tensile strength of ≥1300 MPa, with toughness and impact resistance far exceeding those of ordinary carbon steel.

80‑grade lifting standard, with a 4‑times safety factor (SWL); breaking strength ≥ 4 times the rated load, far exceeding industry‑standard requirements.

Withstands extreme temperatures from **–40°C to 200°C**, making it suitable for harsh environments such as high‑temperature workshops, low‑temperature cold storage facilities, and outdoor conditions in severe cold.

2. Rigorous Quality Inspection – Peace of Mind Guaranteed

100% magnetic particle inspection is performed at the factory to eliminate the risk of internal cracks.

Each unit has passed a 2.5‑times‑rated‑load test and 20,000 fatigue cycles, ensuring stable and reliable quality.

Clearly label the SWL (Safe Working Load); reject false labeling and the risk of overloading.

3. Long-lasting corrosion protection, durable and stable

Its service life is 2–3 times longer than that of standard galvanized eye bolts, and it remains corrosion‑free even under prolonged exposure to outdoor, coastal, chemical, and humid conditions.

4. Complete specifications and easy installation

Specifications range from M8 to M52, with rated loads from 0.8 t to 32 t, and the entire series is available in stock.

Standard 6g‑precision thread, compatible with threaded holes on various devices; can be quickly installed using a hex wrench.

The thread engagement depth shall be no less than 1.5 times the diameter, ensuring a secure connection without thread stripping.

III. Application Areas

Mold industry: Lifting, installation, and handling of injection‑molding and stamping molds, with flexible pose adjustment for precise alignment with equipment.

Wind energy: tower, nacelle, blades, and gearbox lifting—stable and reliable in outdoor high-wind conditions.

Shipyard and port operations: handling of hull sections, engines, containers, and heavy equipment, optimized for confined spaces.

Mechanical manufacturing: machine tools, engines, gearboxes, and the lifting and assembly of heavy workpieces.

Infrastructure projects: bridges, precast concrete components, high-speed railway steel girders, and installation of large-scale equipment.

IV. Safety Usage Guidelines

Overloading is strictly prohibited; always operate within the SWL rated capacity.

The threads must be fully engaged (at least 1.5 times the diameter) to ensure a secure installation.

Prior to lifting, inspect the rotational flexibility, threads, coating, and for any cracks or damage.

Hammering, welding, and modifying eye nuts are prohibited. Perform regular maintenance; in harsh environments, shorten the inspection interval.
