Product Features

High-quality materials: Made from ENORM material meeting Grade 10 standards, this Grade 100 swivel lifting ring boasts high strength and robust load-bearing capacity.

Load-bearing capacity enhancement: The new-generation swivel hoist rings offer a 25% increase in load capacity compared to the previous generation, while certain models see a weight reduction of approximately 50%.

High safety factor: A safety factor of 4 is maintained in all load‑bearing directions, ensuring the safety of lifting operations.

Rotates smoothly: The chain link enables 360° rotation and 180° oscillation, meeting lifting requirements at various angles and offering greater flexibility than conventional eye bolts.

Excellent corrosion resistance: Both the inner and outer surfaces are coated with an electroplated finish and contain no chromium, thereby complying with the requirements of EC Directive 2000/53/EC, effectively preventing corrosion of the lifting ring and extending its service life.

Easy installation: The forged hexagonal base makes the installation and removal of lifting points much more convenient. Some eye bolts with a load capacity of 8 tons or more are also equipped with a labyrinth sealing system, which effectively prevents contamination from oil and other liquids.

Product model

TP-F Type: Internal‑threaded, universal, rotatable lifting ring; thread diameter ranges from M12 to M36; internal thread length is 1.25 times the thread diameter; the ring body is marked with the rated lifting capacity at a 90° angle of inclination; maximum load rating: 5 tonnes.

TP type: The load range is 0.7 to 40 tons, with models including TP 0.7, TP 1.4, TP 2.5, and others, each corresponding to different thread specifications.

FP type: Flat-type swivel lifting points, such as FP0.5 and FP0.8, are Class 100 lateral‑swivel lifting rings.

Application areas: It is widely used in lifting and hoisting, port operations, wind power, the steel industry, shipbuilding, petrochemicals, nuclear power, automotive mold manufacturing, and other fields.
